Welcome to 3 Pillars Fitness. We are a boutique personal training studio located on Frankel Avenue. We believe everyone can get into the best shape of their lives if they follow the correct program. Strength

Strength is a prerequisite to function. The ability to move not only our bodies, but heavy objects as well, is key to our functionality as humans. Imagine sitting down, walking, running, and jumping easily. The stronger your are, the better your everyday life and sports performance will be. And as a bonus your body looks better too!

Recovery

Without recovery, the best training plan will fail. Our bodies require time to rest and repair the damage caused by exercise. There is no such thing as overtraining, only under recovery. Our programs are designed to give you all the tools you need to recover properly and increase your progress. Sleep habits, stress relief, and other strategies are available as needed.

Nutrition

Underpinning the first two, proper nutrition gives us the energy we need, the ability to fight off disease, and allows us to recover from our workouts. Without it our bodies flounder, become weak and sick. It doesn’t have to be complicated, just consistent. Our nutrition programs are fully customised to your preferences and abilities. Let’s ditch the “diet.”
